Who runs the studio?
My name is Kamil Nowak, UX/UI Designer and Front-end Developer. I also build products for myself.
How do we communicate and manage the project?
I am using BaseCamp for project management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
How quickly will I get some work done?
Expect the initial concept within 2–3 days. For larger projects, timelines may extend up to 4 weeks.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the creative effort and research required, refunds aren't offered once work begins. However, if no work has started and the fit isn’t right after our initial discussion, you're eligible for a 100% refund.
